Garbage’s appearance in Baltimore had to be cancelled due to Butch Vig being sick.
A statement from Garbage’s official website read;
Garbage Not Playing Baltimore
Due to Butch Vig being in hospital the band unfortunately will not be able to play as previously announced this evening in Baltimore opening for U2. We apologize to all our fans in the area and look forward to seeing you again soon [posted October 19, 2001 U.S.A.]
