NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that in honor of the deep cultural impact the band has made on the City of Madison, Wisconsin the Mayor and Common Council proclaim August 9th, 2012 as Garbage Day.

I attended this show, which was great as usual. The sound was a little too bass-heavy, as was the other show I saw on this tour, Las Vegas. A few songs into the show, Shirley talked about Madison, Wisconsin and got all four of the guys (including Eric Avery) to say something too about their hometown. Steve, Duke and Butch all seemed to have thought about what they were going to say beforehand; they were all very interesting and fun and talked for at least a minute or two.
The setlist was similar to Chicago a few days before, except did Battle in Me in place of Man on a Wire, ending the regular show with Only Happy, then doing Push It and Vow for the encore. In Chicago, they did “Not Your Kind of People” but they did not do it here. Also I think they did Milk but I can’t remember for sure.
I’ve got a recording – I’ll try to provide an exact setlist unless someone beats me to it.
Hey, thanks for the information. I guess Eric doesn’t know much about the place being that he wasn’t a resident, great story nonetheless

When she came back out for the encore, Shirley said, “I’m such an idiot … I came off a song too early.” According to a photo of the setlist, they planned to do Push It as the last song of the regular set and then Not Your Kind of People and Vow for the encore.
I found this fan review with lots of photos, including one of the setlist:
